The United States Institute of Leadership and Diplomacy's mission is to equip and empower the next generation of transformational and divinely driven leaders, capable of advocating and advancing policies deemed to transform organizations, communities, nations, or our world for the benefit of people.

 

USILD is dedicated to developing great leaders and improving public policy to enable people to live in a more safe, free, just, and sustainably prosperous society. Its commitment which combines cutting-edge research, and direct intervention with experts drawn from Americans and a world-class corps of leadership development professionals provides personalized services intending to help students focus on the developmental opportunities that will propel them to a level of performance excellence. This commitment permits the USILD to generate an impact on its ability to tackle issues affecting organizations, communities, nations, or our world.

The United States Institute of Leadership and Diplomacy builds capacity among the diplomatic corps, government agency personnel, non-profits, and business community by serving as a training and resource hub that fosters knowledge and skill development.

The United States Institute of Leadership and Diplomacy is a division of the Orpe Human Rights Advocates (OHRA). It has a vocation of defending human dignity, ​advocating for the cause of those who cannot assert their own fundamental rights,  advocating for universal jurisdiction to fight impunity for the most serious crimes, encouraging the rule of law, and upholding victims’ rights. Drawing on the above-stated mission, USILD promotes programs that:

  • Fulfill the divine mandate of shining light in the midst of darkness, and revealing the divine to the inhabitants of the earth for the sake of restoring peace on earth.

  • Empower the next generation of transformational leaders capable of advancing and advancing policies deemed to transform organizations, communities, nations, or our world for the benefit of people; 

  • Improve public leadership and management skills;

  • Sustain OHRA in its mission of defending and restoring human dignity which includes: empowering people living in poverty to become economically self-sufficient; further strengthening the rule of law and freedom of expression; advancing social justice and human rights; and enhancing sustainability;

 

USILD carries out its mission through:

  • Maintaining special programs that promote consciousness and spiritual growth, and liberty and justice; 

  • Convening meetings at its headquarters located at 6701 Baymeadows Dr., Glen Burnie, MD 21060, or at the convenient cities where  leaders and prominent thinkers come together with USILD members to discuss and debate major issues concerning organizations, communities, nations, or our world for the benefits of world peace and the salvation of its inhabitants; 

  • Supporting programs that foster independent research, enabling USILD scholars to produce articles, reports, and books and hold roundtables that analyze politics, economic, social, and morality issues and suggest concrete policy recommendations; 

  • Sponsoring independent task forces that produce reports with both findings and policy prescriptions on the most important world ethics, leadership, and international politics topics; 

  • Providing up-to-date information and analysis about world's trends on its website, www.usild.us; and

  • Maintaining special programs that equip and empower divinely driven changemakers deemed to advocate for the causes of those people who cannot assert their own fundamental rights.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, through Orpe Human Rights Advocates, we equip, empower, and change the course of the destiny of underserved communities. We change the course of their social economic status from where they are today to where they should be tomorrow.
